Your way puts De Larios as the common name with 10. But CLT would have the variations of DeLarios the common name with 18. Because the other variations only add up to 14 even though 1 has a greater number than the others.

That's not what I'm after and I've stated it before. The way I see it it's not my problem how the CLT works; it's IMO flawed and needs to be corrected.
There can't be common names for some names but no common names for others. That's inconsistent and IMO unacceptable.

What's the problem with doing our best?
In this case we can prove the CLT wrong and refer to this thread, about this name...! Simple as that!
Ken has also stated that if the CLT is wrong, it is inferior to other finds and other data, if it's backed up with facts. Some people seem to think that CLT is god. It's just a tool...!

Well, since I am creating this thread and commenting that the CLT doesn't care about capital or small letters, I naturally get this.
But CLT results don't always equal real common name. Sure, as it is now, even if we found the common name and all profiles were fixed, the CLT would still be wrong. And that's why I think it's flawed. But then we could just refer to this topic anyway.

I don't think there's any use in discussing this any further. Except if we would go in the direction that we want a change. I'd want a change. So that all common names would matter. That is logical to me, at least.
I don't care much for the CLT tool, as it is now.

Maybe later today when I'm not feeling so tired, I can insert all the titles for this guy from the CLT list. But it's tedious work, since the tool feels so obsolete. I think it's been like it is now ever since I joined here, over three years ago. There's not even a function to make an advanced search.
Not good. I can't believe people are happy and content with the CLT. It's less than powerful. It's just there.

That sounds good, and I have heard about that quite some time ago. I hope he will also incorporate a function to give studios common names or link them together in some way.
Some functions are useless in the software when you have like 10 different version of basically one and the same company.
