It doesn't matter what browser i'm using. IE9, Firefox 13 / Firefox 14 under Windows 7 or under Windows XP IE8.

Even on the IE on my Smartphone i cant see it.

That's true, but voting NO because of a bug is still incorrect. He should report the bug and in the mean time shouldn't vote at all or vote neutral.

Agreed. It would stink if because of that no vote a valid contribution gets declined. I'm using the latest Firefox and Windows 7 and have no problems... Has anyone encountered this in the past? Seems strange.

Still, you cannot vote NO. You must wait that someone figures out what's the problem or vote neutral.
