Sounds to me like you, at the very least. downloaded a French Canadian Profile, which as 8Ball noted was why it was loading in the A's. Make sure you are after the correct copy by matching your UPC against the files. There are only 2 Blu-ray profiles for this title in the Invelos Database, one US Locality and one Australian Locality. I downloaded the US Locality Blu-ray profile for "Dog Day Afternoon" UPC #085391136880. For some unknown reason the Sort Title in this profile is in French. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

Après-midi de chien, Un ( 2 )
Highlight "Dog Day Afternoon" in your Collection Window in DVD Profiler and right-click on it and select "Personalize...". Change the Sort Title from Après-midi de chien, Un ( 2 ) to Dog Day Afternoon and click OK. Re-sort your collection and then re-upload to online. That did it thank you. I also fix a few others.......Frank Miller's Sin City was under F, changed it to just Sin City in sorting, also did all my James Bonds like this, 007-A starting with Dr. No to 007-M for Quantum of Solace. thanks 8ballMax! | | | Blu-ray collection order; Music>Musicals>Documentaries>TV shows>Criterions>Movies |

| Posted: | | | | Strange... when I downloaded this (the US profile), the Sort Title was in English. Lucky thing too, because I think we can't repair such errors, since the Sort Title is local only, and supposedly only gets to be uploaded at the initial contribution. Or is it uploaded, but never downloaded into an existing profile, like some parsing details? | | | Hans |

| Posted: | | | | Now I gotta get alphabetizing, something tells me I should not fill each shelf completely, maybe leave 3-4inches for room for growth otherwise if I fill each shelf and have to add a few down the road sometime then I gotta adjust every shelf every time I add a BD. I have never alphabetized my DVDs, I have alway kept them in genres or director groups but with ~600 BDs it is way too hard to find movies anymore, I gotta alphabetize em. | | | Blu-ray collection order; Music>Musicals>Documentaries>TV shows>Criterions>Movies |

You're quite welcome . The reason "Frank Miller's Sin City" sorts in the "F"s though is because the title of the film is actually "Frank Miller's Sin City"....of course you can sort in anyway you want to . | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

I really don't want to alphabetize TV shows and music but I want to count them in DVD Profiler. | | | Blu-ray collection order; Music>Musicals>Documentaries>TV shows>Criterions>Movies |

From the top of my head I could think of two ways: 1) Mess up all the Sort-Titles for TV-Sets ... maybe start them with xxxTV and xxxMusic ... lot of work 2) Use Categories ( Tools -> Edit Collection Categories) and choose not to include them in the Owned-List, far more elegant I think cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

Go to Tools -> Edit Collection Categories, now "Add" and e.g. enter "TV-Series" as name and choose the second logo with the people in front of the tv-screen. The option "include in Owned" should stay unmarked if I understood your wishes correct. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |
