Once I press update on the iPad the line at the bottom of DVD Profiler on the PC changes from ...": 0 connected" to "....: 1 connected". you are correct - it is connecting to the program - but it also needs to find the appropriate database. | | | Paul |

1. Enter AppStore on my iPd through password protected WLAn at home 2. Select DVD Profiler for iOS under iPad Apps 3. Press Install ... 22. Still, after the Update the following happens: "Update complete", I press "Okay". 23. There seems to be absolutely nothing on the iPad, No Entry Selected is shown, but nothing else anywhere. 24. Am I doing something incorrectly or forgetting a step???
Hi cgroth and everyone. I have exactly the same problem. The only difference is, that it concerns my iPhone 3G. Any news on a sollution for you cgroth or anyone? Regards, Ramskov |

I get the message "No Entry Selected" quite often when I update my iPad or iPhone. I solved the problem each time by clicking the Collection button (upper left hand corner of screen) until the screen shows three categories: Owned, Ordered and Wish List, it might take a couple of clicks. Press on "Owned" and it should show your collection. Use the same method to see Ordered or Wish List. |
