Any ideas? I'd try Gerri's proposal, splitting in half and sync. You probably have one or more corrupt profiles. I think when you create a backup you should choose 3rd option (guessing here, don't have DVDP in front of me) and select what to backup. There's a list of 10 or 20 items that you can select/deselect... |

| Posted: | | | | Okay, I finally decided to try what Gerri suggested. I sort by title, flagged the first 'N' title and select flag all downwards. I then deleted all movies from O-Z and did a fresh sync. Voila! It synced perfectly. So it looks like there is an entry somewhere between O-Z that is causing the error.
So I will restore and delete from S-Z and sync again until I narrow down where the culprit is. Much better solution then manually entering my collection again. At least there is a way out. Thanks all who input ideas to solving this. |

You have 2 discs with bad IDs that are causing the issue. You should see an email shortly. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

That might save you some time. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

I dont think I can email that to Geri If you can find somewhere to post it that I could grab it from, we could do that. Or if you take half of your collection and see if only one half has an error, that would cut it in half All I need is the bad half | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

Hi Gerri, many thanks for the offer but I narrowed down to about 10 titles from 3,600 in my collection and I easily added the 10 titles again and all is fine. Took about 2 hours but is is time well spent seeing the result. It sure looks good to have all my collection on my iPhone. |
