There's a "Help" button on the iPhone's connection settings page with a good walk through of the connection setup.  If you haven't already, please try stepping through that.  If you're still having difficulty, please post the details of your network setup here (IP, port, firewall, router, etc)

Hi I tried this step by step
I switched off windows firewall
I switched of bull-guard firewall antivirus as well off
Router is three network internal firewall off
tried IP static name change port to 80 or 8080 the same issue
Any more ideas please

Check the IP on your PC and the IP on your phone to ensure they're both in the same subnet (first three sets of numbers should be the same).  Don't use a static IP as that could mask a networking issue.

HI Ken

They are the same because the wifi issuing the DHCP
Host 192.168.1.80
Iphone 192.168.1.81
Gateway 192.168.1.1
Is any settings or firewall on the Iphone?
How I know the software on the phone is fully active?
Thank you

Looks fine, so the culprit is likely to be a local firewall on the PC.  The firewall on the phone is not the issue as it does not have to accept incoming connections, but the desktop does.

Are you trying to connect using the PC name, which is reccomended, or the IP?  Mine would not connect when using the name, but worked fine once I switched to the IP address.

Is any issues with windows 7 professional?
I cannot connect with IP or name resolution
Cannot understand this
It could be some issues between MAC iOS and windows environment?
Tried on two different routers now the same problem
