The most consistent problem is that thumbnails recently resulting from images cropped from my own scans fail to appear as thumbnails, even with the Rebuild Thumbnails command. Anyone know a way of forcing thumbnails on an individual item?

Have you already tried what DJ Doena's suggested, deleting all thumbnail files to force the rebuild?

Go to <My Documents>\DVD Profiler\Databases\<your database name, usually "Default">\Images\Thumbnails.

Empty that folder completely and start DVD Profiler anew.

To delete individual thumbnails, note the profile's UPC/DiscID and just delete the files <UPC>b.jpg  and <UPC>f.jpg  from the folder above.

I'm afraid I've deleted and rebuilt all, several times now. The program seems to be consistent about which thumbnails it refuses to rebuild, although there are perfectly good corresponding image files.

Could you make a backup of one of these profiles and make it available for download?
