It isn't grayed out like the other reports... but when I click on the trailer icon it brings up the pop-up but just stays a white box... don't load anything. And yes I tried Online->Refresh Online Profile List. Pete, Have you tried the "Alternate internet connection" method? | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | Everything's looking good so far, installed 3.6.0 over 3.5.1 and converted my 3 databases with 3348 DVDs, 318 HD DVDs and 538 Blu-ray profiles without as much as a single glitch. Good work, I'm impressed! | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |

Good work, I'm impressed! The cool thing with 3.6 is you can now have all those databases in 1 if you want. I have separate tabs for my hi-def titles (as well as TV) setup. It's awesome! | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | For any beta testers who haven't bothered to check out the release notes, you really should. I think Ken did an outstanding job on them. They look fantastic Ken! | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | I run DVD Profiler on a dual screen System 7 setup. Worked perfectly until the v3.6 upgrade. Now the program crashes on startup. Tried database repair to no avail. Is there any place where I can re-download the older version? With raid setup you don't often run backups. I know I should have backed it up first but didn't. |
