| Posted: | | | | what you are refering to is this?: Quote: If you want to use Wikipedia materials in your own books/articles/websites or other publications, you can do so -- but only in compliance with the GFDL. If you are simply duplicating the Wikipedia article, you must follow section two of the GFDL on verbatim copying, as discussed at Wikipedia:Verbatim copying. I'm not replicating or duplicating the Wikipedia article, so only GFDL would comply Quote: >8 >8 Note that copyright law governs the creative expression of ideas, not the ideas or information themselves. Therefore, it is legal to read an encyclopedia article or other work, reformulate the concepts in your own words, and submit it to Wikipedia. However, it would still be unethical (but not illegal) to do so without citing the original as a reference. See plagiarism and fair use for discussions of how much reformulation is necessary in a general context.>8 >8 | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. A site that can be updated by the users is about as useless as can be in my opinion. Would you say that DVD Profiler's database is useless as well? Since it can be updated by users! |

Occasionally when i Google for data backup references i get a DVDp online collection high in the list. I discard them for being 1) self-referential and 2) still having too much old data of unknown origin to be sure it is good. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |
