| Posted: | | | | Again, I have new movies that are not in database. Everytime I edit profiles, I got access violation error!
Only one of the movies I bought today was already in online database. Editing that does not give any errors. |

| Posted: | | | | Just upgraded to 3.5 build 1240 and I'm getting the access violation to DVDPRO.exe everytime I try to add a new title to my collection. Error pops up and dialog to add a title never shows up. Restarting the application fixes it once then it starts doing it again. Hopefully, this'll get fixed soon.

Eric from the DVD profiler menu:ToolsOptionsUtilitiesRepair Profile Database If this not works: Give some more details: Plugins? disable those, problem still there? Operating system, default installation or not? .... Hi. Yes, I did do a database repair and for a while it seemed to work, but the access violations continue to happen. The most recent one was this morning when clicking on the filters tab. Error popped up. Upon closing down the application, Windows encounters a problem and terminates the dvdpro.exe. The error seems to pop up randomly...sometimes when adding a new title, sometimes when editing a title, sometimes when just viewing title info and as described above. Possibly some sort of memory leak in the executable because the error messages always indicate dvdpro.exe. System config: Windows XPSP3 DVD Profiler 3.5b1240 |
