I just wanted to report that I did receive my key today when checking my email.  I PM'ed Ken last night since I have not got a reply back from my support and customer service emails.  Thanks Ken.  Case closed.

I brought the mobile registration version yesterday and I to never received my key via email however it was present on the registration page so all was not lost.
