That sucks. I was out shopping with my wife last night and she saw a ring she wanted and it was on sale for $399 (regularly $799). She asked to see it and the manager of the store said it was no longer on sale and the sale tag should have been removed. He then removed the sale tag, but told us he would sell it to us for the sale price through the end of the day. We went back an hour later and got it for the sale price. That's how it should work. That's also why we usually go there when she wants jewelry. Unfortunately, it's hard to find good customer service like that these days. Especially on electronics. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

Unfortunately, it's hard to find good customer service like that these days. Especially on electronics. I don't really see the issue with the BBY situation above. Sales run sun-sat granted not all of the details were there but nothing says the salesman said he would honor the price. If the sale ended the day of your first trip and it was properly marked the next day I don't see why they should have to honor it. Also, having worked at best buy if they were out of stock on saturday they were out on sunday as well (unless there is an ad minimum for the new ad but doubtful in this situation since the price went back to what I assume is normal pricing) They get shipments 3 days a week (5 during holidays in big stores) and it is always m-f |

| Posted: | | | | I realize nothing says they have to honor the price, specially in reverse but the fact that they were out of stock the day I wanted it should of made some kind of a difference. Every one has the right to their opinion, but lets see what happens when you get jipped out of $250 due to bad customer service. |
