| Posted: | | | | It seems to me that Ken is working on providing us with a level of service/support that we have not had in recent months(years). There will ALWAYS be a debugging period after a live launch that CAN NOT be anticipated during internal testing.
I have noticed that people expect perfection immediately, and tend to overlook the fact that we have a new version of an awesome software package for the first time in WELL OVER A YEAR. People need to be patient and let Ken and Gerri work out these few bugs.
If there is an issue you find, just make a note of it, check it in a few days, and give them a chance to work things out!
Thanks for the open lines of communication Ken and Gerri! |

| Posted: | | | | Heh. I design/manage 6 websites, and am the admin at three online forums. I can tell ya this..
1. Not everything works all the time. And it's the people that don't understand that do the wining.
2. I learned years ago... no website is ever completed/finished. it's always 'under construction.'
As long as the people behind the site are making an effort, I have no problems. It's only when they bail on the place to I shrug my shoulders and then leave. |

| Posted: | | | | Ken's still enjoying those adult beverages we said he could have. And remember, since someone said he could have 24 - one for each hour - he's probably pretty wasted by now. |

Thanks for the open lines of communication Ken and Gerri! Exactly. We've NEVER seen this type of service from Ken, and Gerri as well. I'm loving this, and am more than willing to deal with a few bugs as a result. In the past, this would've happened without us hearing a word. So I view this as a minor issue. Hopefully it comes back ASAP. | | | "I am Andrew Ryan and I am here to ask you a question: Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his own brow?
No, says the man in Washington. It belongs to the poor. No, says the man in the Vatican. It belongs to God. No, says the man in Moscow. It belongs to everyone.
I rejected those answers. Instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose… Rapture." |
