Locally, there is no problem to do that. I use DVD profiler as a great movie profiler program. Absolutely correct. There's no problem using the program as a "movie profiler" locally. Just that, it's not what the program was designed for and if it's a "Movie Profiler" that someone wants, there are other programs designed specifically for that purpose, just as AESP_pres said. That's all I'm saying. As far as the original question posted by Obs1234, it has been sufficiently answered by Lori, Northbloke and AESP_pres. Use of a "plugin" designed to scrape data from a 3rd party database for use in DVD Profiler would subject the user to legal ramifications. If the data were kept locally I would have no issues with that, let the user burn for all I care. But if that same data is then contributed to the online database then that exposes Invelos, and I do have issues with that . | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
