C:\Documents and Settings\[your user id]\My Documents\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default\Images
Another option would be to delete all of the images from the directory and then refresh the images. |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the suggestion. The images were the standard size so I did delete them and then refreshed Profiler. It simply refreshed them with standard size images even though the correct registration is in Profiler, nothing is locked and I have high quality images checked in options. |

C:\Documents and Settings\[your user id]\My Documents\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default\Images Alternatively, once you find the images (using Windows Explorer) you can check the dimensions exactly by switching to Details view (View|Details) then right clicking on the bar of column titles in the right pane, then select More from the menu that pops up then check the box for Dimensions in the dialog that pops up. This will add a new column to the display and show, in pixels, the dimensions of each picture. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

My name was spelled exactly like it was on the website, but there was a space after Mike. After retyping my name, it downloaded correctly. Thanks again to all of you guys for all of your help!!!!! |
