According to the rules, TV Spots for the main feature or other films are to be regarded as trailers too. Yes but they are referring to TV Spots of theatrical films not these TV series episode lead-ins. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection | | | Last edited: by Bad Father |

| Posted: | | | | I have to disagree that it means only TV Spots for Theatrical Movies... No where in the rules does it say that. So that is just your opinion that it means only theatrical films.... just like a trailer is a trailer is a trailer.... a tv spot is a tv spot is a tv spot.
That said... I don't believe lead-ins (attached to the episode) to be considered TV Spots... but I do believe that TV Show trailers/tv spots are definitely included in the trailers field. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | The Hook. 30 seconds that runs before the opening credits (and first batch of ads). Not a trailer. Next episode preview shown at the end of an episode (most often only for the first TV run). Not a trailer.
The "Also available / coming soon to DVD" spots for other titles, and TV ads that were shown before a series started, or in a different time slot to promote the program. Trailers. | | | Tom. |

Actually there is an easier way to describe it. And SO FAR, I have noted Two exception to this myself, but there maybe others. If they are selctable from the Menu, they are trailers. The sole exceptions I have seen thus far, are the first release of Star Trek: TOS and Hawaii Five-O: Season 2...Aloha.

| Posted: | | | | running late on this one, but if its part of the episode when you hit play, not a trailer; if it's in a separate menu/runs independently of the actual episodes, is a trailer. and i don't mean a separate chapter set up in the episode scene menu as on the Rome discs. so i agree with anyone who said that. krik | | | "Vampirism is still not a disease, Julia.
