Only about half of my front covers had black squares, I'm assuming the higher-resolution ones.

I am using 3.8.1 to build my library of movies and OFTEN get black covers.....why?. I would throw this software in the garbage if I wasn't so far into this .... so far in fact that I can NEVER, EVER recover ... It seems Profiler can not handle pictures other than thumbnails... fix it for goodness sakes or shall I send you the bill for all the ink and paper I waste. Why why does it waste ink printing black instead of printing nothing, which is what you would expect if it was a memory problem. It is not using just black ink to print black, it is WASTING my other expensive ink colours to mix it...grrr. Restarting Profiler IS NOT ACCEPTABLE...DO YOU HEAR....  |

Doesn't do much good yelling at the user community. Have you used the Support Tab and submitted a trouble ticket? You could also send an email to the Invelos owner. The people you are addressing now, are users such as yourself, and typically come to the aid of other users with helpful suggestions, but it seems that you are not in the mood for that.
