My Smartphone (MOTION Q) with the last versions of the WM6.0 also is not recognized. I find that I have that to learn to buy... ehehehehehe |

| | Posted: | | | | 1st of glad to see the poll is up from just 8 votes. I do use the iSilo option, as well a Videolist from WakefieldSoft, (which I used before discovering DVDProfiler.) The aurthor of that program says he is doing a major release hopefully by the end of the year. I have requested that he add look up by UPC and, the ability to show cover scans. I only use the program as a backup these days as I find it is easier to use when out shopping for DVD's. While the best of all possible worlds would be one where Ken makes a Palm version, I'm afraid that may never come to fruition.

My Palm is with me at all times and in my wallet two sad scraps of paper telling me of DVD's that I wanted at some point, but nothing to telll me what my current owned list is.
To me a Palm version would be a gift worth paying for. |

Most Palm users (and there are a lot, when you look at all the Treos out there) don't even know DVD Profiler exists, but many would probably try it if a Palm version were available. Heck, it would probably result in people who didn't know about it trying the desktop version too. For the moment I export a title list to .csv and keep it on my Centro, but just about the only thing it's useful for is checking if I already have a DVD when I see a good deal in a store.  |
