Sounds weird, I'm running ZA and NAV under XP Pro without any problems and no problems with Profiler at all. I think the problem is not the Profiler but maybe the Internet Explorer?! Did you try to delete the Temp-files (manually and/or the ZA cache cleaner...) or did you try (as ultima ratio..) a complete uninstall (cleaning all reference files pointing to profiler) and a complete reinstall?

I remember somethimg like this: (but I'm not sure, maybe this is wrong)
(1) Uninstall DVDP
(2) Set IE as Default Browser
(3) Install DVDP
(4) Then reset default browser to Firefox

The solution was something like that - maybe experiment a little until you get an answer auf Deustch.
