I can't agree completely on this.  The program is "DVD Profiler", not "Discs content profiler". So what is a DVD ?

IMO, it's a product that you buy as a whole and that includes any material that comes with it, therefore anything included in the package has its place in the profile.  Now I'm not saying that every single thing, like booklets, should have their own check boxes but I think it's wrong to "generalize" and say that something isn't a feature if it's not on a disc.

Hello! McFly!

We never said those extra items were not features.  We only said they belong in "Other Features"

You did write "Features are disc specific", to me it says that features are disc specific, how's that......McFly.  At the risk of being blastedby other people or reported to Ken and Gerri I'll tell you that if you can't reply to people without insulting them maybe you should just shut the happy funtime up.

What an idiot you are.

Some booklets are two page bits of fluff that really aren't worth the paper they're printed on.

Those would be inserts, rather than booklets?

@ Skip - I very well realize that a booklet has nothing to do with the DISC (as opposed to the DVD as a whole), and thus it's an "Other Feature". I never said it wasn't one - I'm just proposing a standardized way to add a booklet with the number of pages. Of course we could just enter this as "X-page Booklet" under Other Features, but a built-in option would be easier.

I, for one, am interested in the number of pages. A 20-page booklet is probably more interesting than a 2-page one (ok, depends on the contents, but you catch my drift ).

As for the question "What is a booklet?" - that's a bit difficult and opinions may vary, but I would say: everything that's not a 1-page insert/pamphlet with only a scene index or something.
