And just to be clear, I'm actually not talking about Skip when I say everyone behaving is impossible.  If he were the only problem, I'd simply block him.  Or people wouldn't bite back and this wouldn't be necessary.  The finger can be pointed almost everywhere including myself from time to time.  And it's that reason that threads go on and on with pointless bickering.  And why so many good people have left. And the lack of any real consequences are 99% of the problems with this forum in my opinion.

I wish everyone could just get along, but that isn't going to happen until more drastic measures are taken.  Again, that's just my opinion.

The blocklist would work if it would also block posts that are quoted by others. Unfortunately it doesn't. I put him back on it, and he's never coming off it again.

I couldn't agree more Mark. 90% of thos who voted seem to agree that something needs to be done as well.

I will say that there have been times recently where a week or even two have gone by where the atmosphere has been different in the forum. There were disagreements during that time but they remained civil. Only Invelos can truly know what was different during those times. It is a clear sign that the forum is capable of getting along and having a nice, friendly atmosphere. They just need to figure out the right formula.
