I wouldn't go so far as 'inconvenient'... if we've managed without it until now it can't be that inconvenient to manage for a few more days, really. However I will agree with you that I wish Amazon would get a move on as it is rather frustrating knowing everyone else has it... | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

I suspect it's defined by "How long Amazon said it would take" rather than "How long Amazon actually take"... yes, I'm waiting too but it's totally out of Ken's control unfortunately. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

| Posted: | | | | Having worked with other programmers that were putting apps on the Amazon Store, there was almost a week and change between submission and publication.
If you have access to Google Play Store, I don't know why you wouldn't use that vs Amazon unless you have gift cards or something. It is only $7.

Maybe I'll sweeten the deal - I bet a little mail-order company like Amazon would be susceptible to a $20 bribe, eh? That would increase their yearly revenue by more than 0.0000001%! | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

-R People using Kindle Fire as one of their platforms don't have access to the play store. |

I had a Fire, I know about the store options and side loading apps.
Amazon moves new apps at Glacial speeds.

Does your phone have a developer option tab under settings and does it allow you to turn on cpu useage stastics under that tab?
Do not quite understand what I mean.
If I open the application and leave it for a while on the screen without touching anything, then do better.

That matches the point I made in my post, it uses a lot of CPU resource when it initially opens, but settles down after that. The developer option I mentioned just shows you CPU load so you could see what strain it's under. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |
