There USED to be a Rule that said you used the Disc ID of the first disc for each season for the whole season (and I dare say there are some old profiles where this is still the case where nobody has noticed and updated them) but the rule was eliminated and replaced as per dee1959jay's post when the Rules and program were updated to allow Disc ID level profiles for every disc in a TV set. Locally you can still do it this way (and lock the Season profiles) or do the Season profile manually or (carefully) add each season by it's regular 'single' release UPC/EAN but NEVER contribute it - the advantage of the latter is you get any 'cast/crew' updates and fixes but you have to change and lock things that don't change (cover image, release date etc.)... I think I have mixture but it works if you're careful and check when updates come in if they are appropriate so it can be fiddly! Good luck! | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

This is also a keep case with the slip cover checkbox ticked.
Are these slipcases or HD keep cases with slipcovers? |

| Posted: | | | | I would say they are HD keep cases with Slipcovers as they only contain one film. Quoting Nosferatu: Quote: Quoting northbloke:

Doesn't HD keep cases refer to Blu-ray? |

Doesn't HD keep cases refer to Blu-ray? Any format with a resolution higher than DVD, I'd rather say. I.e. HDDVD, BD and 4K UHD Blu-ray. |

| Posted: | | | | What do we do in cases where the same UPC is sold with and without a slip case, and the cover image and the slipcase differ? In my collection, this is true for a number title of including Office Space Special Edition with Flair (which came with a Christmas gift slipcover and was, in fact a gift), Starry Eyes, and The Hallow, and I am sure that there are other examples. | | | Last edited: by CinemOpera |

| Posted: | | | | I have a copy of Argo 883929241392 that has a slip cover that shows a picture of a handwritten note on a red background, but the DVD cover itself is the same as currently in the database. It's the typical slip cover with a hole to let the UPC on the regular DVD cover show through. |
