In 'Silver Linings Playbook', his credit reads Marko Forker, but it's as "Visual Effects Creative Supervisor"... While anything can (and will) be argued to death, the fact that the job "Visual Effects Creative Supervisor" isn't in the crew credits table in the rules probably explains why this credit is omitted from 40 'Silver Linings Playbook' profiles throughout the various regions and localities, while its included in only one single profile, a Dutch locality one. It may be of note that there is an actual "Visual Effects Supervisor" credited alongside him - and that one obviously does appear in all those other 'Silver Linings Playbook' profiles. So it would seem that all except one user consider this credit invalid.
