Ken could you please add a locality "other" with generic currency (USD?) and generic rating system to the system before people are more or less forced to contribute profiles to a borowed locality? Of course adding additional real localities like Czech Republic or Slovakia would be an additional benefit.

Unfortunately, it doesn't list the ratings for my number one need in locality: Thailand.  I have about 50 Thai films, so that locality and language are important for me.  India is #2.

Me too. I've been waiting for years to insert my Thai movies at my online database, as I don't want to use a fake locality.

synner_man, do any of your Thai DVDs have rating? Because I've been looking at mine, and they all have that official seal with the Ministry of Culture's stamp on it, with the movie registry number and all. But, no rating to be found anywhere on the seal or on the cover itself. Same in all of them, regardless of studio. Allied to that, I seem to be unable to find a rating system anywhere on the internet.
As far as I understood from my readings, the movie  goes up to the Censorship board, that cuts out the parts it doesn't like and then allows it to go the movie houses. For DVDs of foreign movies they can either be authorized or denied selling. If authorized they get the registry number and seal/stamp on the cover of each copy (to atest it's an original one), and the studio pays for each cover stamping.
But no ratings are spoken of at any time. It seems you either "can see it" or "you can't". 

Adding to that, I've just consulted 4 Thai online stores, and in none of them are references to ratings in the movie pages...

Also from there, the reason why you probably dont see ratings (or rather dont know you see ):
"The main 4 (and 3 sub) rating signs (Thai characters) are now shown on screen before and during the duration of the program."

All are symbols in a circle, but when it's for all, it's a green circle, so I'm not sure how you handle that. I guess just an "All" category would be fine.

Hungary belongs to Region 2.

Of course, if Hungarian could be also added in the list of countries of origin, that would be great!

G - General
PG - Parental Guidance
NC16 - No Children below 16 years old
M18 - Mature 18 for persons 18 years and above
R21 - Restricted to persons 21 years and above

Taiwan:
I know this locality is already available, but I"d like to see the rating system revised:
G - General audiences category (General audiences may all view) -> currently correct in DVDP
P - Protected category (Children under 6 years old must not view) -> currently correct in DVDP
PG - Parental guidance category (Children under 12 years old must not view) -> currently correct in DVDP
R - Restricted category (People under 18 years old must not view) -> currently set to "Adult", which looks rather weird, wouldn't the MPAA's R be equivalent...?

There are also choices for "no age limit", which appears redundant, as that seems to be covered by "G" and "NR", which can be used for DVDs without rating logo.

So, if I understand this correctly, "G" must replace "no age limit", "P" must replace "G", "PG" must replace "P" and "R" must replace "PG". That way "Adult" could remain and be used for, well "Adult" titles...?
