This forum shows 20 threads per page. I personally think this is pretty low. Especially considering all the announcement and pinned threads that are in each section (which I believe most of which could be removed now!). The way it is now topics disappear onto the second page rather quickly.

What I would like to see is (other then some pinned topics being removed) the number of threads per page to be at least doubled. I was thinking between 40 to 50 topics per page would be good. Considering this is only text we are talking about I don't think this would really effect load time at all.

Thoughts?

Most sites offer a choice of threads per page in increments of 10. I'd like to see the option.

Yes... a multiple choice option would be ideal. I would probably set mine to about 100 threads per page if I had that option.

I certainly agree since I've already asked for this twice before.

Multiple options are always nice, but I'd still be happy with a static increase to at least 30. Like you said, Pete, the load time isn't noticeably affected. I was on dial-up for over a decade with all available forums set to 100 topics per page and each page (being only text) loaded no slower than the 15-topic pages on this site.

I voted no.
I think Invelos should first concentrate on much more important things than this.

no problem.. it is just something that bugged me for a while. Especially with all the pinned topics. Which I still think some of them could be unpinned now.

I would like to see a pinned common name thread. It would help with credited as and maybe clean up some CLT results.
