when i start profiler he ask me if i like a new version twice
butt i have already the new version 3.6 (beta)when i putt yes
than he ask me the same question again yes the prgram shutts down
every time !!! after serveral remove program and instal again it won't work
what can i do???

Error message looks like DVDProfiler was running when you tried to install the beta. (At least this would explain why the installer couldn't write the exe-file and 3.5 was gone afterwards) Close DVDProfiler and try again. Backup First!! | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!

I do have .. F-Secure Anti-Virus 9.10 build 15261
F-Secure Automatic Update Agent 8.25 build 3737) which usually allows allows be to run 3.5 do you think my virus scanner didn't like 3.6?

| | Posted: | | | | Ok after I restarted the virus program (with Invelos turned off).,, and then restarted 3.6 I got the same error message .., So I checked the 'task' portion of F Secure and found out of the 'two' dozen programs that were all turned to Allow I found DVD profiler ' blocked' . So I 'checked to allow' and now have no problems .. So Yes Check your anti virus program if you have a problem with 3.6 to install/ open .. color me Fixed ..  | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. What problem are you experiencing? I have start this topic the first page you can see my problems If i start Dvd profiler i get this:  I click Nee (No) Then i get this:  The same question, i click again Nee (No) then the program shuts down !!!! | | | | Last edited: by Thejashfan |
