| Posted: | | | | Unfortunately, no. It would have to read, "Special Make-up Effects By Greg Nicotero and Howard Berger," for them to get Profiler credit. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. | Posted: | | | | This another place where the rules don't make sense. Berger and Nicotero are the N & B in KNB. |

I don't disagree as I have heard of all three...Robert Kurtzman being the 'K'...but there is no provision for Special Make-up Effects Supervisor in our credits. In fact, most of their credits aren't allowed in our system. As I said, unfortunate. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. | Posted: | | | | I have to agree with no. I have never been able to use this credit or the Creature Design credit. But, as we all know, the rules are the rules and we need to follow them. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

| Posted: | | | | That's exactly what makes these rules so stupid often. Of course they should be added: They ARE the supervisors, which means they are in charge, follow the leader, big cheese ... and so on. It's the same with all the other supervisors: They always are the leaders of the department. |

| Posted: | | | | I agree these should be included, too. But til now they are not covered by the rules, so not including them yet. |

Based on? Credit chart in the rules section. Under Make-Up Effects there are no Supervisors listed. In other categories we track them they're listed. | | | Last edited: by VirusPil |

Credit chart in the rules section. Under Make-Up Effects there are no Supervisors listed. In other categories we track them they're listed. In that reasoning all OMB credits that are credited other then Original Material By wouldn't be allowed because they aren't listed in the credit chart either... | | | Cor |

| Posted: | | | | Quoting Rules: Quote: Group names of crew members together within each role available and list in exactly the same order credited. The table below gives each of the crew roles available within DVD Profiler. For each category, include only those people credited with the roles listed in the "Role" and "Credited As" columns. If someone is not credited with one of these roles (or direct translations of these roles), do not include them in the Crew section. I would know if we would apply these on OCB and OMB, there nearly always wouldn't be a credit. But on the other crew parts, where it is possible, imho it should be applied. If we make a exception for Special Make-Up Effects Supervisor, ...what is next? Then we're at last at a point, everyone can put in the fields what he/she thinks is right. |
