What can I do? please. arfa For the program, you just download from this site, and install it with your key. For your data, if you made backup files on another disc than your hard drive, you have just to restore it. If you have not, you can use your online collection if you uploaded it, but you loose your personal data that exist on a backup file. If you have no backup and no online collection, you have to redo everything. edit : I just verified that you have an online collection. When your program is installed, Menu Online>DVd Profiler On line>Download (be careful, don't upload, you would kill your on line with an empty collection) | | | Images from movies | | | Last edited: by surfeur51 |

| Posted: | | | | As you can see here, your collection is online. That gives you some form of a backup. It's not perfect, but it will do. Download Profiler from here. Install it and use your reg key. Start the program and go to Online -> DVD Profiler Online Now enter the same data you used to login into this forum. Then choose "Download". Your collection will be downloaded. Check your collection whether any titles are missing - especially the things you bought lately. And for the future: Do regular backups via File -> Backup Database and save it onto an external drive like an USB stick or an external hard drive. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

This is done through the Menu: Online>DVD Profiler Online>"Synchronize With DVD Profiler Online" screen. On this screen you had to enter your account user name and password in order to download your online collection. When you open this screen, is your user name and password still there? In order to do anything with your online account you have to be logged in. This includes the forums. Are you logged into your forum account? | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | Then there's a disconnect between your new DVD Profiler installation and your online collection. For some reason when you attempt to refresh images, the program cannot find an online collection to doenload the images from. That tells me that your user information in profiler doesn't match your online account info or you're not logged in. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
