| Posted: | | | | I'd like to customise one of the existing layout but it looks like I can't figure it out.
Let's assume I'd like to change the 'General Info' window. So I go to View --> HTML Windows --> Edit, so far, so good. What do I do then ? How to I bring up that specific window to edit it? | | | Last edited: by sugarjoe |

| Posted: | | | | I think you can't do that with the standard windows as you couldn't edit the profiler standard skin. All you can do is edit HTML windows you create by yourself or import an existing skin. | | | Best regards,

Next, select View->HTML Windows->General Info (or whatever you called it). This will show the window in a movable panel. Replace the existing General Info panel and voila. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | I don't get it either. Of course, I'm clueless at HTML, so I wouldn't know what to do even if I could figure out how to do these edits. All I'm trying to do is to move the various sections around on the page. I don't want to change the content of anything, just where it is located. The most extreme change I want to make is to be able to display both the front and back cover at the same time rather than having them be tabbed. | | | Regards,

In the old Version we could use the HTML code of the uploaded collection and play around with it even if we had not in depth HTML knowledge. It looks like the design of that has not changed. Wouldn't it be nice if you provide us with the HTML coding of the newly designed sections so we could use them as a start to modify the existing designs ? | | | Last edited: by sugarjoe |

| Posted: | | | | OK, then I have to wait until somebody with HTML knowledge programs a new layout that I can use as a start.
The new classic layout is really nice the only thing I don't like is the overview part that does not really match the other parts. You can change the background and font colour but unfortunately not the font size so this looks a bit big compared to the other windows. |

Are there tags available for this purpose? Are there tags available for the "as credited" name vs. common name (and year of birth)? Are there other new features not covered by HTML tags? |

You could replace only the overview section with your own HTML overview. HTML windows are very nicely integrated into the new layout. |

I believe I tried this: Select a skin in the old DVD Profiler (2.4 or 2.5) and go into Edit mode for that skin. Then copy everything and paste it into the HTML window. Voila, there is your starting point... | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

| Posted: | | | | You can also import a 2.x skin directly. The import will also grab attached images and rename them if necessary to avoid conflicts with existing attached images. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | OK. I'm not an idiot. Those butons do not appear when I pull it up.
I have to End Task to get out and that shuts down the program. |

| Posted: | | | | You might be able to hit escape to leave the window. I had the same issue when I had something on top of the buttons (collection gallery, I think).

Should I post something in Technical Support? | | | Last edited: by nolesrule |
