| Posted: | | | | When I had first purchased dvd profiler I was able to refresh all my images to be crisp. I redid my computer and had to download dvd profiler again. Since then I haven't been able to refresh my images to high resolution for some reason....any ideas? |

Tools -> Options -> Display -> Bottom-left corner
If that's not it... not sure what it could be.

| Posted: | | | | If it's none of the above check the UPC's of the DVD's with LoRes images. DVDPro 3.x doesn't import all UPC's correctly when you update from 2.x. 3.x now needs all numbers of the UPC. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! | Posted: | | | | After re-doing your computer, did yo re-enter your registration info in the program? You can check under Tools / Registration Information. If not, re-enter it (as long as you're logged in, you can find the info on-line by clicking Registration at the top of this page).
You need a registered program version to be able to view high-res images - hence my question. |

| Posted: | | | | After setting the images to high quality and an online image refresh, you still have covers complete in low res? Did you check if your images are locked for changes? Do a right click on the title, locks and check.
We are talking about the image quality of you local collection, yes? The online collection does only contain images in low res due to the capacity of the server(s). | | | Thorsten | | | Last edited: by kahless |

| Posted: | | | | What 8ball said. There have been similar situations before, where in the end it turned out that an extra space at the end of your user name was causing these problems. |

That's what is distributed when people get updates from submissions so they have to be holding them on the server(s). If you are working with the free version you get even lower resolution versions than this. It took me about 10 minutes of free version work to decide to buy so i didn't spend a lot of time in this realm but that's my memory. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

These scans are in low res anyway. Maybe an upcoming feature in Profiler Plus? | | | Thorsten |

If they are publicly available Ken would be giving away the good stuff. It was the server capacity comment that caught my eye. He still has to have the higher res ones for us special people to download. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

| Posted: | | | | Is it correct that you last uploaded your collection on December 12th. I'm asking because I'm trying to find out a possible mismatch between your local and your online registration data. So if your last upload was December 12th please upload your collection once more and inform us when you did so. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! Since you've already confirmed that you have the proper box checked in the settings, please try to click Online -> Refresh All Images... and select Yes when prompted. This will re-download all the covers in your collection. It may take a little while, but it should work. KM | | | Tags, tags, bo bags, banana fana fo fags, mi my mo mags, TAGS! Dolly's not alone. | Posted: | | | | OoooKay, let's have another go. Close DVDProfiler. Go the directory "My Documents -> DVDProfiler ->Databases->Default" Here you mark the folder named "Images" and copy it to the desktop (This is to be the safety copy). Please check the size of the pictures, the size should be about 500x700. If this is the case please come up again. If the size is much smaller, delete the content of the folder "Images" except the folder thumbnails. Now restart DVDPro and go to menu "Online->Refresh All Images". Please let us know about the result of this | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
